Brand Interior Design

Branded Environments & Experiential Spaces

A brand should not stop at the front door. It should be the reason people walk through it.

Translating brand identity into physical spaces: offices, retail environments, hospitality venues, and experiential installations. The OOHtopia headquarters won thirteen AIA Kentucky awards. That was not an accident. It was a deliberate expression of brand values made physical.

This discipline sits at the intersection of architecture, interior design, and brand strategy. The goal is never just a beautiful space. It is a space that communicates who you are before anyone says a word. The materials, the lighting, the flow, the details: all of it should tell your story.

Current work through The Epiphery on Main Street in Louisville continues this practice. The space functions as studio, workshop venue, and meeting ground. It is designed to make people think differently the moment they walk in. That is what branded environments do when they are done right.

A building won thirteen AIA awards. The building. Not the agency inside it. That is what happens when brand and space become the same thing.

The Epiphery — Main Street creative HQ

Studio, workshop venue, and meeting ground on Louisville’s Main Street: an environment engineered to change how people think the moment they cross the threshold.

Questions

Do you replace our architect or work with them?

Work with them. This practice supplies the brand direction, environmental graphics, and experiential intent; architects and engineers own structure and code. The best results come from that partnership.

What kinds of spaces do you design?

Offices, retail, hospitality, showrooms, event spaces, and experiential installations. Any space where the brand should be doing work on the people inside it.

Can you rebrand an existing space without a full renovation?

Often, yes. Environmental graphics, wayfinding, lighting, and finish updates can transform how a space communicates at a fraction of full-renovation cost.

Engagements run from concept-and-specification packages to full project collaboration alongside your architecture team. Mark personally leads the brand and design direction throughout.

Concept and environmental graphics packages typically start in the five figures. Full branded-environment programs are scoped with the project’s architecture and construction partners.
