Coaching

Executive & Creative Leadership Development

Coaching is not advice. It is the right question at the right time from someone who has been there.

One-on-one mentoring for creative leaders, founders, and teams navigating growth, transition, or transformation. This is not life coaching. It is strategic counsel from someone who has built agencies, launched ventures, managed teams of sixty-eight people, and walked away from a company at its peak.

The coaching practice covers business strategy, creative leadership, personal brand development, and the specific challenges that come with being a creative person running a business. Most creative founders are great at the work and terrible at the business. Or they have become great at the business and lost touch with the work. Both problems are solvable.

Sessions are direct, confidential, and results-oriented. The goal is not to create dependency. It is to give someone the frameworks, perspective, and confidence to make better decisions on their own.

The distance between good and great is the willingness to be uncomfortable. A good coach does not make you comfortable. They make you capable.

Deliverables

Process

Baseline

An honest inventory of where you are: business, leadership, creative practice, and the gap between them.

Focus

Two or three battles worth fighting this quarter. Not ten. Coaching that tries to fix everything fixes nothing.

Sessions

Direct, confidential working sessions. Real situations, real decisions, frameworks you can reuse without me.

Independence

The exit is built in from the start. The goal is a leader who no longer needs the coach: capability, not dependency.

Questions

Who is this coaching for?

Creative founders, agency leaders, and executives navigating growth, transition, or the specific tension of being a creative person running a business. If you want a cheerleader, this is the wrong room.

How often are sessions?

Typically two sessions per month with on-call counsel between them. Cadence flexes around launches, exits, and the moments that actually matter.

How long does an engagement last?

Most run six to twelve months. The exit is designed in from the start. Coaching that never ends is a subscription, not a service.

Strictly limited roster: a handful of coaching clients at any given time so every engagement gets full attention. Direct, confidential, and personally led. No group programs, no courses.

Coaching engagements start around $2.5K per month, including on-call counsel between sessions. Leadership team advisory is scoped separately.
